We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth Support Professional to join our team in Burnley, Lancashire. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social needs of young people aged 6-17 with emotional behavioral disorders.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing a positive parenting model and creating a real family environment for young people.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a range of activities, support, care, and guidance.
- Following guidance from senior colleagues to ensure the effective operation of the home and its services.
- Participating in quality training packages and continuous professional development opportunities.
