About the Role:

Precedo Healthcare is seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team in the Burnley area. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily support to individuals who require assistance in their communities.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in supporting Service Users in the UK and be committed to enabling individuals to achieve their goals and live a healthy, positive lifestyle. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing person-centred support to individuals
  • Building professional relationships with Service Users, their families, and other professionals
  • Using effective communication skills that cater to individual needs
  • Acting as an advocate and providing feedback to others
  • Taking a holistic approach to supporting individuals

In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000-£38,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including:
