UK Restoration Services is a tradition building contractor, working around the UK restoring Private Houses, Cottages, Estates, Churches, Monuments, Grade 1 & 2 Listed Buildings & also carrying out new Construction. Working in both the Commercial & Private sector.

Strong administration experience, with excellent organisational skills.
Good accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong I.T skills using MS Office, with good Excel knowledge.
Professional and pleasant telephone manner
Positive attitude
Excellent customer relations skills
**Duties**:
- Sourcing and procuring materials and services
- Asset management
- General HR administration
- Social media administration
- Reviewing and sourcing company training requirements
- Electronic and manual file administration
- General enquires - internal and external
- Health and safety awareness and implementation
- Any other duties as required by the company
**Skills**:
Applicants must have relevant administration experience. The company covers all aspects of restoration work so applicants should have an interest in this area and be keen to expand their knowledge.
Training will be given with lots of scope for progression.
Applicants should have good GCSE’s or equivalent. Relevant higher education.
Must be capable of working on own and using initiative.
**Applicants MUST have a driving license and their own vehicle due to the remote location of the office.**
Pay will be on an hourly rate and is dependent on experience with regular reviews.
