**We are a family run, fast paced cabinet manufacturing company looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team.**

You will be based in the office, where a standard day will have you:

- Answering the phone to customers and dealing with their requests.
- Receiving customers orders/quotes and processing to their account.
- Advising customers on available products.
- Creating production files and sending jobs into production.
- Ordering unstocked items from other manufacturers.
- Looking at customers drawings for bespoke cabinets and coming up with the best pricing, based off what’s in the catalogue and what’s already sold.

**The kind of person we’re looking for.**:

- Confidence on the phone is key.
- Experience with Easy Quote, or other order processing software is an advantage but all necessary skills will be taught.
- Highly experienced using Outlook and other Office apps.
- Will see things through to the end, making sure jobs are complete.
- Punctual and reliable.
