**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files
- Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting and managing records
- Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry, proofreading documents
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is not needed
- Proficiency or knowledge in using Spreadsheets is needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
