The service will support the children and young people in Lancashire and South Cumbria to grow up with healthy minds, feel confident and resilient and fulfil their potential. As part of the THRIVE ‘Getting Help' model Barnardo's will provide therapeutic one to one, group work and counselling support in the community.

Our team will have a number of vacancies across a number of roles including:
**Senior Administrator - East Lancashire 18.5hrs**

We are looking to recruit an experiencedSenior Administrator to join the staff team.

Key responsibilities will include:

- To support effective and efficient premises and facility management, including buildings and administrative systems.
- Financial administration including assistance with budget preparation, monitoring of income and expenditure against original budget and preparation of audit information and reports as required.
- Production of a wide range of service reports relating to service delivery, outputs, outcomes, and resources.
- Line management of a small team of administrative staff.

Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative. This is a busy role which will require a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise tasks, be proactive and solution focused.

**Salary**: £23,227.00-£25,173.00 per year

Expected hours: 18.5 per week
