My client are looking for an Administrator for their site near Padiham.
The working schedule is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The client is flexible on the start and end times
This is an urgent role with interviews taking place this week and next week
The position is on a contract basis with no current end date, it will be an ongoing role.
Full training will be provided.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and plan daily / weekly orders coming through from the sales department, ensure booking requirements / deadlines are made on time.
- Dispatch and print all relevant paperwork for collections.
- Booking collections through 3rd party carriers, ensuring deliveries are made on time using the most cost-efficient transport.
- Provide information for Shift Manager / Team Leaders with regards to specific customer requirements and collection times. Ensure all customer requirements are achieved within agreed timescales.
- Answer any queries both internally and externally relating to order enquiries.
- Participate in daily meetings, passing precise and up to date information to the Shift Manager / Team Leaders.

- Excellent knowledge of Excel & Word packages.
