**Administrator**

At 4A Trades, we help Tradespeople & Builders to set up their own businesses throughout the UK.

We provide administrative support, estimating and sales for our clients who are often lacking in these areas or simply don't have time.

We are now looking for people with excellent admin skills who are quick to learn to carry out the following duties;
- Set up Facebook, Google Adwords, Twitter, Linkedin Accounts on Clients' behalf
- Measure drawings (training will be provided) and create schedules of work.
- Provide schedules of materials, plant and labour
- Recruit staff / clients
- Request drawings from clients
- Book appointments for Divisional Manager
- Send out Leaflets, Brochures, Contracts, Letters
- Eshots and other administrative duties

You will ideally have the following:
1. Excellent acadamics (Min GCSES - 9 A-C or modern equivalent)

2. Good Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

3. Good verbal and written communication skills

We offer:

**Salary**: £13,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
