**Administrative Assistant**
At 4A we provide contractors and sub-contractors with a full Administrative, Quantity Surveying and Sales support service.
We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to carry out some or all of the following:
1. Answer the phone and deal with potential Business Support Clients from adverts
2. Call businesses on behalf of our clients and ask to be placed on tender lists. Complete PQQs and liaise with clients to ensure tenders are submitted
3. Raise invoices and keep good accounting records
4. All General Admin for our Clients and Franchisees.
This role will suit
1. Outgoing confident administrators with good verbal and written communication skills
2. Ideally some accounts experience (Quickbooks)
3. Experience with Excel, Word and Powerpoint
4. Driving Licence and use of a car for work
