Part Time Administration Assistant

We are recruiting for a part time administrative assistant/customer service advisor to join our team.
- £11.00per hour
- Part time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am - 4pm (18 Hours)
- Permanent position
The Role:
- Responding to customer queries via all channels in a professional manner.
- Registering customers and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Supporting office management with tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Spreadsheets:
- Proficiently create and manage Excel spreadsheets for various data tracking and reporting.
- Utilise spreadsheet functions to organise, analyse, and present data effectively.
- Computer Skills:
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in general computer skills.
- Comfortably navigate software systems and adapt to new technologies as needed.
- Communication Skills:
- Maintain clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Coordinate with team members and external contacts to ensure seamless information flow.
Organisation Skills:
- Assist in organising and managing office documentation and files.
- Keep track of tasks, appointments, and deadlines to support efficient office operations.
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent computer skills are essential for this role.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
