The Lendlock Group is a fast growing manufacturing company and we are looking for a receptionist / administrative assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized and has the ability to multitask. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3.30 pm

**Requirements**:

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have excellent computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Confident dealing with visitors face to face and on the telephone
- Keeping detailed and accurate records
- Dependable

**Job Role**:
You will be working within a team of Administration Assistants. You must be dependable and willing to rotate on tasks each day to include:

- Photocopying and Scanning of documents
- Filing
- Completing departmental spread-sheets
- Ordering stationery and Sundries
- Assisting with the delivery of internal post
- Covering reception as and when required and answering the telephones
- Assisting in all departments to ensure support is provided in an administrative capacity as directed by your Managers

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
