We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator - part time 20 hour contract (hours call be discussed). This is a hybrid working role (a combination of working from home and from our Burnley Support Centre) however there will be an expectation for you to be in the office during the payroll run week.
As Payroll Administrator you will ensure the accurate and timely pay of all colleagues within the company:
- Process weekly timesheets for all hourly paid colleague’s
- Input and process all new starters details onto the internal system Chris 21
- Process leavers in a timely manner and action any accrual
- Record and update reports of sickness and all other absences.
- Communicate with store management/warehouse on all payroll queries
- Work closely with HR Admin on all Starters/Leavers, contract changes etc
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail
- IT literate (Excel and Word)
- Strong numeracy skills
- Administration experience
- Previous payroll experience is desirable but not essential
