Unite People is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead their commercial team in the North West region. This individual will be responsible for overseeing commercial controls on projects, developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives, and collaborating with project teams and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the construction industry, preferably with experience working with large organisations. They should also possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of commercial contracting principles.

A relevant qualification in the construction industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory. However, the successful candidate must have demonstrable working knowledge in a senior quantity surveyor capacity and experience in administration of NEC contracts.

In return for their expertise, Unite People offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
