**Location**: Near Burnley

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Writer with a passion for success to join our dynamic Tenders Team. This role involves serving some of the world's largest companies and contributing to our mission of securing winning contracts. Reporting to the Head of Bids & Contracts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving client bids, crafting compelling tenders, and gathering necessary information.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the development of new bid styles and collateral through excellent content creation
- Liaise with individuals across the business to develop detailed content for responses
- Provide critical review of tender responses
- Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and gather evidence to answer PQQ questions
- Write and monitor bid plans
- Collaborate with the Tender Graphics Team to present information in a concise and impactful way
- Develop our Tenders content library
- Collect data for bids and provide data to Tender Administrator for tracking
- Proofread documents
- Manage small ITTs or capability profiles with mínimal supervision

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous Bid writing experience
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively engage stakeholders across the business
- Degree in English or a writing-related field (desirable)
- Computer literate, proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18.00-£25.00 per hour
