An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and highly effective Clinical Team Administrator to join the Therapies Directorate, working with the Speech & Language, Stroke and Rehabilitation Team.

This is a 3 months Bank post. This role entails Agile/flexible working.

The Therapies Directorate manages a broad range of therapy services across acute and community locations in East Lancashire. We have a strong reputation of providing clinical excellent services with a commitment to continuously improve the patient experience. The post holder will support the Senior Leadership Team and clinical team s assisting with the delivery of all administrative processes required for the effective and efficient delivery of procedures in line with Trust/Divisional Directora te policy and procedures.

The post holder will be responsible for the maintenance of Sharepoint and other web-based systems in their service area.

The post holder will be able to work on their own initiative, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Collating information

Respond to requests in a timely manner

Organise and plan workload to ensure deadlines are met

Produce accurate documentation

Update and maintain various web based systems i.e. SharePoint

Maintain professionalism
