Administrative Coordinator

The University of Central Lancashire is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Burnley campus. As a key member of the School of Medicine, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure successful delivery of the undergraduate MBBS clinical years (Years 3-5).
About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative assistance to the clinical years MBBS team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring attendance, collating student feedback, and providing support with portfolios and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the clinical years MBBS team* Monitor attendance and collate student feedback* Assist with portfolio and assessment preparation* Liaise with internal staff and external organizations* Plan delivery of campus-based teaching* Maintain accurate records and files* Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
* GCSEs including English Language and Maths at Grade C/Grade 4 or above* Word processing/typing/IT qualification or demonstrable equivalent experiential learning* Good IT skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong organizational and time management skills* Attention to detail and accuracy
