We are looking for a skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Burnley, UK.
Job Summary
This is a challenging and rewarding administrative role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support the organization of company events and training sessions.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
