Job Description- Schedule and manage engineer schedules ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Manage supplier orders, accounts, and prepare management reports.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include overseeing field engineers, coordinating with internal teams, and performing various administrative tasks. Utilise Microsoft 365 Suite for documentation and communication, ensuring information is organised and accessible.
The successful candidate will possess proven experience in office or administrative management, strong organisational skills, proficiency in administrative duties, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements- Proven experience in an office or administrative management role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in administrative duties, including data entry and typing.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
