Accounts Coordinator Job Description

Kenton Black Ltd requires an experienced Accounts Coordinator to manage its financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will have a background in sales ledger accounting processes, familiarity with finance systems, and strong analytical skills. Key responsibilities include administering insurance claims, processing creditor invoices, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process creditor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  2. Manage credit and debit balances, including handling credit card top-up requests.
  3. Administer insurance claims and support the annual renewal process.
  4. Post direct debit payments and housing benefit payments onto our system.

Qualifications:

  1. Purchase ledger experience is essential.
  2. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
