We are seeking an experienced Room Attendant Coordinator to join our dynamic team at WGC Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenishing linen and supplies as needed to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Identify and report maintenance faults and lost property, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and compliant with regulations.

We estimate that the annual salary for this position is approximately £21,000 - £23,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
