What will I be doing?
The main purpose of the HR Administrator role is to process all administration relating to the employee life cycle and to track and monitor HR processes whilst maintaining confidentiality.
New starters: create and issue offers of employment - produce offer packs and new starter files. Ensure that all necessary employment checks, references, right to work eligibility and adhoc processes for new starters is completed and returned to the HR Department prior to commencement.
Manage and update Red Carpet (on-boarding system) and ensure all mandatory documents' are completed efficiently prior to any commencement of employment.
Manage the on-boarding process and Deliver the HR induction. Administer the Company Induction Day.
Support with Student placement apprenticeships and VIE (French students): sourcing, co-ordinate interviews, induction & general support.
Leavers: administer the process for employees leaving the business, ensure the exit interview process takes place in a timely manner, providing summary analysis reports are provided.
Occupational Health administration: organise new starter medical screenings, support with the management of medical referral appointments/process, organising the occupational health diary in a timely manner. Support with the online secure portal for final authorisation by the HR Case Management Business Partner.
Monitor and record all aspects of absence management/documentation in line with the respective policy and procedures; including sickness leave, family friendly legislation and sabbaticals.
Absence management administration: log all absence on the absence tracker including the return of ‘return to work' interviews and sickness payment forms.
Employment changes: produce correspondence for all changes to employee terms and conditions as directed, including changes to job titles/salary/department transfers.
HR correspondence: produce correspondence for all HR processes including flexible working, maternity, paternity/parental leave/adoption/probation/career breaks/holiday requests/references.
Employee Files: Maintain employee files both digitally and those which remain on a paper based system.
Study package with this role for completion of CIPD.

**Job requirements**:
Communication: Provide ad hoc support with internal communication activities (updating the notice boards).
Process invoices and purchase requisitions on SAP and track HR Team Spend as required by the HRM.
General office administration: Organise and support with post, stationery and ensure HR cupboards are securely locked at the beginning and end of each day.
Support the L&D team as and when required
Undertake ad hoc projects as and when may be required and support with the review of systems and documentation.
To act as an integral part of the HR Team with a willingness to develop the administrative role and to be a key team member.
