About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in a global organisation that specialises in providing advanced machinery solutions for the packaging industry.

With a reputation for excellence and innovation, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services, including machine design, installation, and support for the global beverage and food canning industry.

This role would suit an experienced HR professional who is passionate about employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first-line HR Support: Offer expert advice on employment law, policies, and procedures to employees and management
  2. Employee Relations: Mediate disputes, manage grievances, and maintain a positive working environment
  3. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation
  4. Recruitment: Coordinate the recruitment process from job postings to interviews and onboarding
  5. Disciplinary Procedures: Provide guidance on disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with timelines
  6. Absence and Holiday Management: Manage absence and holiday processes, ensuring seamless operations
  7. Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and provide recommendations for improving employee retention
  8. Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  9. HR Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports to inform HR strategies
  10. Policy Development: Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective HR policies
  11. Software Management: Manage the HR software system, ensuring efficient operations

Salary and Working Hours:
