Telephone Advisers

About the Role
We are seeking to recruit additional telephone advice professionals to join our growing team at Plymouthoctopus. This role is fully telephone based, with a mix of office and remote working. You will be advising clients with their debt and energy issues through a minimum of 9 advice appointments per week over the phone, helping them find solutions to their issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored advice to clients with debt and energy issues
- Work as part of a team to reach as many clients as possible
- Manage phone conversations effectively and efficiently
- Write up case notes accurately and efficiently using a range of office software
- Keep databases up to date accurately
Requirements
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilience and ability to manage phone conversations well
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Good prioritisation and time management skills
- Previous advice work is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
