Compensation: £11.75 per hour, with an additional Sunday premium of £2.93 per hour.
Benefits Include: 20 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 after five years of service, in addition to bank holidays, uniform provision, personal protective equipment (PPE), an employee referral program, and a Defined Contribution pension scheme. A work vehicle and parking are also provided.
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
As a Mobile Cleaning Technician, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness across various locations, ensuring that we uphold the high standards expected by our clients. Please be aware that shift times may change with little notice.
Role Overview
In this position, you will cover multiple sites within designated postcode areas, stepping in for annual leave and absences. Your responsibilities will include a range of cleaning tasks such as mopping, restroom sanitation, wall washing, vacuuming, waste disposal, and thorough dusting and sanitizing of surfaces.
While familiarity with cleaning equipment is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided. This role is physically demanding and involves manual handling.
Driving Requirements: A valid UK driving license with no more than six penalty points is essential due to the nature of the role and travel between locations. A work vehicle (van) will be supplied, and fuel expenses for travel between sites will be covered.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with clients and management while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
We seek a reliable, self-driven individual with a keen attention to detail. You should be capable of working independently, managing your own schedule, as this role will involve remote management.
