Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with key grocery accounts. Your primary focus will be on achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and market research analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key grocery accounts.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and promotional activities with grocery retailers.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in national account management within the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on grocery accounts.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • An in-depth understanding of the grocery retail environment and consumer trends in the food industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, based on extensive research of similar roles in the industry.
  • A performance-based bonus structure, offering up to 20% of annual salary.
