Child Counsellor Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child Counsellor Specialist to join our team at WhereToTalk. The successful candidate will work closely with Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals to provide support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate own caseload, implementing individual EHCP/treatment plans for counselling.
- Attend regular supervision of at least 1 hour per half term.
- Contribute to business growth by promoting the school's therapy services.
About You:
- You have experience working in a special needs environment or are newly qualified.
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- Enhanced DBS paid for.
