Salary: circa £40,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Child Health Improvement Specialist to lead our efforts in promoting quality improvement in paediatrics and child health. This role requires a passionate individual who can drive innovation and excellence in healthcare, collaborating closely with our team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided by healthcare professionals, drawing on evidence-based best practices and research.
  • Managing the upkeep and maintenance of our QI Central and Patient Safety Portal websites, ensuring they remain up-to-date and effective resources for our members.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to design and deliver engaging digital communications and engagement resources, promoting quality improvement and patient safety in child health.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to RCPCH members, supporting them in their efforts to improve healthcare services.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in quality improvement, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
