Advanced Child Health Specialist

Leaders in Care is looking for an Advanced Child Health Specialist to join our team. As an Advanced Child Health Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to children and their families, while also contributing to the development of our community services.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to fill this role. You will be working closely with our community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to provide specialist nursing care to children and their families. Your duties will include designing and delivering tailored care plans, providing ongoing monitoring and support, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

**Requirements:**
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK
  • Active NMC PIN
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience of tracheostomy care and ventilator management within the last 2 years
  • Suitable for Band 5/6 nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
