Adult and Child Mental Health Professional Needed
Lancaster is home to a vibrant community, and we are looking for an exceptional Adult and Child Mental Health Specialist to join our NHS client's general adult inpatient team. As part of this dedicated team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients requiring acute mental health support.
About the Opportunity:- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer ongoing support for adult inpatients.
- Lead multidisciplinary ward rounds and contribute to service development projects.
- Act as Responsible Clinician for patients under your care, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and maintain clinical governance standards.
- Participate in the on-call rota to ensure continuity of care.
The ideal candidate will possess full GMC registration and experience as a Responsible Clinician. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this rewarding role.
