About Us:

We are a dynamic and supportive Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) school located across multiple sites in Liverpool and surrounding areas. The Role:

We are seeking empathetic and resilient Teaching Assistants to work with children and young people across Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, and Key Stage 4. This role involves providing individualized support in the classroom, assisting with academic and personal development, and creating an environment of trust and encouragement where students can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students, helping them feel understood and supported.
  • Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors in a calm, consistent, and professional manner.
  • Assist in the implementation of personalized learning plans and behavior strategies.
  • Promote self-esteem, confidence, and resilience in students, encouraging them to engage with their education.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education or child support are advantageous.
  • Relatability: The ability to build meaningful connections and rapport with young people.
