About the Role

We seek a skilled Learning and Behaviour Assistant to join our dynamic SEMH school team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will be working with children and young people across Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, and Key Stage 4.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties, helping them develop coping strategies and build resilience.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans, enhancing student progress and well-being.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating positive behaviors and attitudes that promote a healthy school culture.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teaching staff to ensure seamless support and progress monitoring.
