  • Supporting students with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges
  • Building positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and confidence
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and external professionals to support individual development

**Key Requirements:**

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field
  • An interest in SEND, child development, or mental health support

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
