Job Title: Virtual Contact Centre Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Contact Centre Team Leader to lead our sales team in providing exceptional customer service and sales performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day performance and productivity, performing regular motivational performance reviews, and leading by example in personal sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day performance and productivity of a busy sales team
  • Perform regular motivational performance reviews
  • Lead by example in personal sales
  • Identify, meet, and exceed customers' needs and expectations following sales structure
  • Handle incoming Live Chats, web enquiries, and Facebook leads
  • Pro-actively communicate with customers during their online journey
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Assist with lead monitoring and providing constructive feedback
