About the Role

Hays Travel is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Digital Sales Team as a Virtual Contact Centre Sales Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who have shown an interest in booking a holiday with us, working in a fast-paced and highly motivational sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and respond to customer inquiries, identifying and meeting their needs to exceed expectations.
  • Build rapport with customers to gain trust and commitment, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct research to find the perfect holiday for customers, bringing the holiday to life using features and benefits.
  • Accurately input information to book a holiday on various supplier systems, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service on each interaction, gaining customers' trust to book a holiday.
  • Add value to the customers' experience by arranging transfers, insurance, experiences, and other applicable extras.
  • Conduct daily and effective call backs with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual performance targets and sales objectives, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties that may fall within the job criteria, conforming to all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety.
  • Treat all employees, customers, and suppliers with dignity and respect.

  • The ability to negotiate and achieve desired outcomes, with strong administration skills and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to listen and engage with customers, with impeccable attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

  • Excellent descriptive skills, selling over a digital platform.
