We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Advisor to become a vital part of our team at Vistry Group PLC.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Advisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales center, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your role will involve:
- Taking charge of the sales process, maintaining essential records and documentation throughout various stages of the sales cycle.
- Driving successful sales across multiple sites and property ranges within your designated area.

- Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs / GCEs, including Mathematics and English at grade C or above.
- Have A Levels in any subject area.
- Demonstrate experience in customer-facing roles, particularly under pressure.
- Show a proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales through telephone-based outreach.
- Maintain a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exhibit excellent IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Be comfortable utilizing various communication channels.
- Effectively manage complaints and challenging situations.
- Possess strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Have a keen interest in the property and housing market.
- Exhibit good planning and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
- Be flexible regarding daily responsibilities and working hours.
- Be willing to travel to various sales locations.
- Hold a valid driving license and have access to a suitable vehicle.
- Display patience and the ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
- Maintain a friendly, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
In this position, you will:
- Actively seek out potential sales opportunities and follow up on inquiries through phone communication and marketing materials.
- Create and present engaging virtual tours of properties to prospective buyers.
- Implement innovative strategies to meet sales targets across all sites.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to achieve optimal sales outcomes.
- Utilize available technology to enhance sales generation in varying market conditions.
- Manage scheduled customer visits efficiently, ensuring they are conducted at appropriate times.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all properties and their construction progress within your area.
- Proactively follow the established sales process and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Evaluate each sales interaction to identify opportunities for improvement and profitability.
- Promote additional customer options to enhance company profits.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Engage with customers in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.
