Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Advisor to become a vital part of our team at Vistry Group PLC.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales center, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your role will involve:

  • Taking charge of the sales process, maintaining essential records and documentation throughout various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Driving successful sales across multiple sites and property ranges within your designated area.

Candidate Requirements

To thrive in this role, we expect you to:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs / GCEs, including Mathematics and English at grade C or above.
  • Have A Levels in any subject area.
  • Demonstrate experience in customer-facing roles, particularly under pressure.
  • Show a proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales through telephone-based outreach.
  • Maintain a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exhibit excellent IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be comfortable utilizing various communication channels.
  • Effectively manage complaints and challenging situations.
  • Possess strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Have a keen interest in the property and housing market.
  • Exhibit good planning and organizational skills.

  • Be flexible regarding daily responsibilities and working hours.
  • Be willing to travel to various sales locations.
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to a suitable vehicle.

Role Insights

In this position, you will:

  • Actively seek out potential sales opportunities and follow up on inquiries through phone communication and marketing materials.
  • Create and present engaging virtual tours of properties to prospective buyers.
  • Implement innovative strategies to meet sales targets across all sites.
  • Negotiate effectively with customers to achieve optimal sales outcomes.
  • Utilize available technology to enhance sales generation in varying market conditions.
  • Manage scheduled customer visits efficiently, ensuring they are conducted at appropriate times.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all properties and their construction progress within your area.
  • Proactively follow the established sales process and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Evaluate each sales interaction to identify opportunities for improvement and profitability.
  • Promote additional customer options to enhance company profits.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Engage with customers in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.
