Job Overview

Hays Travel is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Virtual Contact Centre team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day performance and productivity of the sales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Lead by example in personal sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of our company's sales structure and customer needs.
  • Identify, meet, and exceed customer needs and expectations, providing a unique and hassle-free booking experience.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, including live chats, web enquiries, and phone calls.
  • Proactively communicate with customers throughout their online journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Meet individual performance targets and sales objectives, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Monitor sales activity, providing accurate data entry and feedback to team members.
