Hays Travel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Contact Centre Team Leader to lead our sales team in providing exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day performance and productivity of the sales team
  • Perform regular motivational performance reviews to drive sales performance
  • Lead by example in personal sales and identify opportunities to meet and exceed customer needs
