About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Digital Sales Team as a Virtual Contact Centre Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, email, live chat, and telephone
  • Build rapport with customers to gain trust and commitment
  • Conduct research to find the perfect holiday for customers
  • Accurately input information to book holidays on various supplier systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong administration skills with excellent time management skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
