Sales and Growth Executive

About This Job:
Express Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Growth Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and expanding their clientele through effective relationship building and consultative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to ensure high retention and net revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' businesses to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Travel occasionally to face-to-face meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle internal administration tasks such as updating CRM systems, providing monthly reports, and sales pipeline forecasting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an IT MSP environment, selling hardware/technical/telecom support.
- Rounded software and hardware knowledge, including cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365, and network technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
Package:
- A competitive salary range of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.
