We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that drive revenue growth. You will have a deep understanding of the Aerospace market and a proven ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Budgeting and pricing new sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent business acumen, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales leadership. A degree in a relevant field and experience in the Aerospace industry would be advantageous.
