Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Defence Business Strategy Manager to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bid Management: Develop and implement effective bid management strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth.
  • Business Case Development: Create comprehensive business cases for targeted elements of the pipeline, identifying win strategies and ensuring effective handovers.
  • Sales Reporting: Develop and produce quarterly and annual sales/orders reports, tracking key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Aerospace Defence industry.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Business Development expertise
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
