About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cavendish Maine Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for covering a small sales area for a well-established construction trade supplier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 180 existing customers and achieve a turnover of £1M+
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Report regularly against annual sales targets

Cavendish Maine Recruitment is a highly successful and award-winning recruitment agency with 40 years of experience in the construction industry. We supply a wide range of products and services to building contractors, civil engineering firms, and general builders.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional who can strengthen our relationships with customers and drive sales growth. If you have a proven track record of success in the construction trade and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000, plus a generous bonus structure and commission on new revenue. You will also receive a £4,200 car allowance, pension scheme, and 25 days holiday.
