Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to cover the Bristol region. The successful candidate will have a background in general construction sales or hire, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Managed Account Customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze key business sectors to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts on pipeline, projects, and frameworks to the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements:
  • Prior sales experience and proven influencing and negotiation ability.
  • Understanding of crane hire and the market is helpful but not essential.
  • High achiever with a career-oriented mindset and ability to work to challenging goals.
  • IT literate and familiar with Microsoft office products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
