Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to cover the Bristol region. The successful candidate will have a background in general construction sales or hire, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Managed Account Customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and analyze key business sectors to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and framework agreements with new clients within agreed parameters.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts on pipeline, projects, and frameworks to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Prior sales experience and proven influencing and negotiation ability.
- An understanding of crane hire and the market is helpful but not essential.
- A high achiever who is career-oriented and likes to work to challenging goals.
- IT literate and familiar with Microsoft office products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
