Job Title: Area Sales Director
At Substantial Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience.
- Evidence of coaching and performance management.
- A full UK driving license.
