Job Description:

Alexander James Recruiting Ltd. is currently working with a leading international supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Area Sales Manager to cover and develop their client base in the South West region. With excellent uncapped commission opportunities and scope for growth, this is a great opportunity for an experienced capital equipment sales professional looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage an existing client base across the South West region
  2. Develop new business opportunities across the same area, focusing on both end users and distributors
  3. Generate new business by visiting customers on site, conducting site surveys, and providing customer quotes for racking, storage, and shelving solutions
  4. Provide a consultative sales approach to win new business in the sales of racking and storage solutions
  5. Take responsibility for region revenue stream and overall growth
  6. Keep the CRM system updated and maintain organization with customers

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in capital equipment or technical sales, with a strong sales track record. They will be proactive in their approach to selling and have experience conducting site surveys and providing detailed quotations. Knowledge of CAD would be advantageous but not essential.

Benefits:
