About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our EMEA team at Klaviyo Inc. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base in EMEA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the ecommerce and retail industries, including market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
