RIBBONS AND REEVES is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our team and contribute to the delivery of outstanding safeguarding practices.
In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team and colleagues to implement and monitor safeguarding measures, ensuring the effective protection of students. You will also collaborate with HR and non-class-based staff to ensure seamless daily operations and maintain a safe and supportive school environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in safeguarding and student welfare, a degree from a top UK university, preferably in psychology or a related subject, and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
