We are seeking an experienced welfare professional to join our team at a large primary school in Brent, London. As the School Welfare Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and emotional well-being of students.
- Developing and implementing welfare and medical care plans for students.
- Administering first aid and managing medical emergencies as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents, medical needs, and support provided.
- Supporting the safeguarding and pastoral teams to create a safe, nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a welfare, pastoral, or medical role within an educational setting. Strong knowledge of first aid and medical care plans is essential.
