Night Shift Care Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to work as a Support Worker on our night shift team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in care.
The successful candidate will be working with a client who requires support with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and accompaniment to social events. The hours of work will be 16 per week, worked flexibly between weekdays and weekends. A salary of £11.6 per hour will be paid, along with annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompanying the client to social and community activities
- Light domestic duties, including meal preparation
- Sleeping overnight at the client's residence (no overnights)
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in working with adults with disabilities
- An ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Good time management skills and reliability
